There was as time before the invasion of electronics and social media, when families and friends would gather for the sole purpose of sharing space through laughter, music, and food. On occasion there would be a book, product or cause that warranted a circle of like-minded folks to gather in support of whatever the circumstance was.

SILIS desires to see communal practices like that become revered again through privately held SILIS gatherings. These invitation only get-togethers are designed to make everyone feel good about the experience and the opportunity to share the gift of giving through every purchase made. Portions of the proceeds will benefit a local non-profit in the community in honor of the host.
